Single or not

As implied, I purchased a Tiger HW-2000 with what I thought was fitted with a Twin/Dual/Split drum, however what I received was a single drum worm drive winch with no handle.

I wish to note that I could have bought the winch I received here in Australia for a tenth of the price I was charged.

Please note that the winch I ordered is pictured all over the internet as a TWIN/DUAL/SPLIT winch.

The above is also fitted with a winch handle.
