We had an issue with our order so we were given an upgraded product which was still delivered next day, the team were helpful and so quick to sort out the issue, would use them every time!
Ordered this from Rigging UK because theirs was best price and they didn't add on a further £75+ for pallet charges for delivery as most of their competitors did. Next day we got an email saying that the item we ordered was out of stock but they would send an alternative in it's place which was actually a heavier more expensive one. So overall very pleased with service, product and pricing.
